ADA EXTENDS THE KYW PROGRAM (KEEP YOUR WIRE) ALSO KNOWN AS THE 50/500 MULTI-ROOM TRADE-IN & UPGRADE PROGRAM.
Customers of 1st-generation multi-room systems get to keep their wire and as a bonus, get $50 per keypad and $500 per six-zone mainframe.
New York, NY – December 8, 2009 – Audio Design Associates (ADA), the recognized brand of excellence in high-end custom installed electronics, announced the extension for 2010 of its popular KYW Program also known as the 50/500 Multi-Room Trade-In & Upgrade Program.
End users will receive a $50 credit for each legacy keypad and $500 credit for every 6 to 8 zone mainframe they turn in. Best of all, they get to keep their own wire as ADA’s current multi-room line up works on all legacy wiring schemes.
“Interesting times present interesting opportunities.” notes Richard Stoerger, Vice President & C.O.O. “While our dealers are optimistic about the spring of 2010, they still need to find ways to keep themselves busy until those new projects get rolling. That makes now a perfect time to support legacy customers whose systems most likely are in dire need of some upgrading. We are talking about homes whose multi-room systems were installed 10, 15, 20 or more years ago. While during busier periods, this type of work would be less appealing than new work, now it is a game saver. With many of our dealers noting that the pipeline gap is extending into 2010, so is our program.”
“We happen to have our best multi-room line-up ever, and coming from me, that’s saying something” states Albert Langella, ADA’s President and C.E.O. “With Suite 4000 and Suite 8000, we have receivers that let dealers offer superior ADA solutions beginning at under $5000 with tuners, amplification and touch screens. Best of all, these upgrades involve simply swapping out the mainframe and controls – a few days labor depending on the size of the job.” ADA is quick to note the importance of avoiding renovation or construction costs as they can often exceed the cost of the upgrade itself. Specifically, ADA systems wire on legacy Audio Access, Audio Command, AudioEase, ADS and ADA system wiring (just to name a few). ADA can even wire on just a two-conductor IR repeater cable.
