AUDIO DESIGN ASSOCIATES LAUNCHES MOST POWERFUL PREAMPLIFIER IN THE WORLD!
Audio Design Associates (ada) set to take center stage at the 2012 CES when it unveils the world’s most advanced home cinema processor – one that will most certainly be hailed as the industry’s “reference”.
New York, NY – January 3, 2012 – Audio Design Associates (ADA), the recognized brand of excellence in high-end home cinema and custom installed electronics, announced that they will be launching the unprecedented Cinema Reference Mach IV at the Venetian Towers Suite 30-311 during the International CES in Las Vegas, Nevada.
The original Cinema Reference was introduced in 1996 and for nearly half a decade ruled the home cinema industry as the most advanced preamplifier of its day. “ADA’s ‘Reference’ pedigree has always been associated with state-of-the-art.” notes Richard Stoerger, ADA’s vice president and C.O.O. “For us, to label a home cinema pre/pro with our “Reference” moniker, the unit must exceed the imagination of even the most ardent enthusiast. The Cinema Reference Mach IV, the fourth generation in a fifteen year love affair with home cinema is in my opinion, the finest home theater controller ever produced.”
The Cinema Reference Mach IV features an impressive seven-inch 1080p front panel touch-screen display that doubles as a video preview display and setup interface. The rear panel boasts eight HDMI inputs with dual mirror HDMI outputs. “Our dealers are quickly realizing that preamps with four or five HDMI inputs are limited right out of the box.” states Albert Langella, president and chief design engineer. “By the time you connect a set-top-box, Blu-ray, game console, Apple TV, and camcorder, you are out of inputs. We made certain that in addition to 12 audio-only components, you could connect at least 8 AV sources directly to the Cinema Reference. And naturally, all switching is HDMI 1.4 3-D compliant.”
While the Cinema Reference Mach IV is feature loaded with every imaginable type of input connection, its defining feature is the built-in TEQ-16 sixteen-channel Trinnov electronic room correction optimizer. “The Cinema Reference Mach IV is the world’s only pre/pro with a built-in TEQ optimizer featuring Trinnov’s incredible technology.” adds Stoerger. “From both digital and HDMI inputs, the signal path directly to the output stage is purely digital with no A/D and D/A conversion in between processing and post-processing stages. It is truly an amazing engineering marvel.”
Teaming up with CES exhibit partners Avielo, RBH Sound, and Screen Innovations, ADA is hosting daily afternoon cocktail receptions (4-6pm) in their Venetian Towers exhibit, Suite 30-311.
