ADA AT CE WEEK
Audio Design Associates (ada) rolls out the world’s most advanced home cinema processor in the world just for CE Week.
New York, NY – May 14, 2012 – Audio Design Associates (ADA), the recognized brand of excellence in high-end home cinema and custom installed electronics, announced that they will be displaying the unprecedented Cinema Reference Mach IV at the CEA Lines Show this June.
The Cinema Reference Mach IV, often noted as “The One”, is the most advanced home cinema pre/pro in the world featuring HDMI 1.4 (3D) audio/video switching and sixteen-channels of ADA’s TEQ room correction and remapping using Trinnov technology. With a price tag of $40,000 the Cinema Reference Mach IV is also one of the most expensive A/V components in the world. “The only way to appreciate what this component can do is to experience it”, states Richard Stoerger, ADA’s vice president and C.O.O. “For those with the means, there is no finer or more advanced home theater solution available. It truly is the “The One”.
ADA is teaming up with some of the finest brands in high-end home cinema including: Bitwise Controls, DBox Motion Seating, Digital Projection, Kaleidescape, Leon Speakers, and Stewart Film Screens to create a $250,000 home cinema experience right in the middle of the CEA Lines Show, an industry first. “Anyone who listens to our home theater system instantly gets it. Whether you are home cinema novice, expert, custom installer, audiophile, writer, editor, investment advisor – one listen and you are sold. It is just that amazing”, notes Stoerger. “And for us, the CEA Lines Show gives us all an incredible opportunity to explain to our industry exactly what we are doing and why.”
The Cinema Reference Mach IV along with ADA’s line of power amplifiers will be driving a multi-channel speaker array provided by Leon Speakers. Using ADA’s TEQ room correction that features Trinnov Technology, the Cinema Reference Mach IV will essentially make the room disappear acoustically. “In order to accommodate us, the CEA is building a theater right in the middle of the Lines Show. Unlike the real home cinemas our components get installed into, this one is going up in a day and will most like be less than acoustically ideal. Yet, I am confident that the Cinema Reference Mach IV will literally take those seated from the floor of the Lines Show and transport them right into the middle of the sound stage upon which our demonstration movies where mixed and mastered. It is simply that dramatic.”
