MC-Knob - Single-Gang Digital Music Control

The MC-Knob incorporates an advanced yet "retro" design that makes it an ideal option when simplicity is paramount. While the MC-Knob looks like a typical rotary volume control, it is a completely different device. For starters, volume controls adjust the volume after the sound has been amplified and before it hits the speakers. The MC-Knob adjust the volume in the Suite 8200, Suite 8x8, Suite 16 or Swan preamplifier, giving you more control (not just ten steps of volume) and more important, controlling the volume before the sound even hits the power amplifier (much better sound quality). But the MC-Knob is more than just a volume control, it is also a pre-programmed keypad without complex buttons. To turn on a room, simply press the knob. The room you are in will turn on to your favorite source (your installer presets the turn-on input), the LED on the MC-Knob will turn green (indicating your room is now on) and because the system is an ADA, the turn-on sound is always at the perfect volume and tone level. To change inputs, simply the press the knob and the system will advance through just the inputs you are using. To turn off the room, press and hold the knob. If the LED turns from green to red, then you know another room is still on and here, if you press and hold the knob again, you can turn off the entire system. Best yet, the MC-Knob also features a built-in IR receiver that lets you control sources from their original hand-held IR remote control or a universal remote.
