The AVP-1RU comes in four versions. It can be fitted with either ADA's HDTV-16 or V-16 Video Card and is available with either an RS-232 port or Ethernet port.

HDTV-16 High Definition Video & Digital Audio Card

When fitted with ADA's HDTV-16 card, the small and compact AVP-1RU becomes a powerful three-band video and digital audio switcher with over 220MHz band-pass. Alternately, the digital audio band can be used to pass composite video in addition to the high-definition video. This configuration is available with either an RS-232 port or Ethernet port and can be used with a Suite 8000 Series Multi-room Receiver as well ADA's Suite 8x8 and Suite 16 Multi-Room Systems.

V-16 Composite Video or Digital Audio Switcher

When fitted with ADA's V-16 card, the AVP-1RU becomes video switcher. Alternately, digital audio can be switched instead of composite video. This configuration is available with either an RS-232 port or Ethernet port and can be used with a Suite 8000 Series Multi-room Receiver as well ADA's Suite 8x8 and Suite 16 Multi-Room Systems.
