The Cinema Reference Mach IV is ADA's flagship home theater controller/preamplifier. In addition to featuring 8 HDMI inputs, 6 analog audio inputs, 2 balanced analog audio inputs, 7 digital audio inputs, a digital AES-EBU input, and an 8 channel analog bypass input (balanced or unbalanced), the Cinema Reference Mach IV also features a full 16 channels of TEQ Trinnov room optimization. The signal path from source right to the output stage is purely digital. That is why among professionals and enthusiasts alike, the Cinema Reference Mach IV is often simply called “The One!”

With TEQ Trinnov room correction and optimization, the Cinema Reference Mach IV puts you in the exact seat sonically where the director, engineers and artists sat when they mixed or recorded the film or song. In addition to correcting room acoustics with scalpel like precision, the magic of “remapping” take the speakers from where they are standing and electronically reposition them to where they should be located. This process transforms the listening experience in way that no other technology can claim to do.

In addition to room correction and remapping, The Cinema Reference Mach IV decodes all the latest Dolby TrueHD, DTS-HD Audio Master and Multi-Channel PCM soundtracks found on Blu-ray DVDs. Just as HD video is noticeably better than regular DVD, these high-resolution (lossless) audio formats are dramatically better than regular 5.1 or 7.1 surround sound. You really can hear the difference and will never want to watch or listen to regular DVDs ever again. In a word, the home cinema as experienced on the Cinema Reference Mach IV is fabulous.

The Cinema Reference Mach IV also has incredibly unique features including a front-panel 1080p video display and touch screen. In normal operation, the video display permits you to cue up movies or monitor video images. In the setup mode, the front panel display and touch screen access TEQ Trinnov setup features. The front panel also features a graphic display that indicates decoder status and active channels.

For the finest home cinemas, the Cinema Reference Mach IV is the ultimate choice. With 16 channels of TEQ optimization and the ability to add an addition 16 channels using a TEQ-16 slave chassis, it is capable of controlling even the most advanced home cinema speaker system.
